General Important Notice

1. General excess of HKD 500 is applicable with respect of each and every claim, with the exception of:

Water damage (based on building age)
<40	HKD 1,000 or 10% of adjusted loss whichever is greater
41-45	HKD 3,000 or 10% of adjusted loss whichever is greater
46-50	HKD 5,000 or 10% of adjusted loss whichever is greater
51-60	HKD 10,000 or 10% of adjusted loss whichever is greater
Landslip or subsidence excess	HKD 10,000 or 10% of adjusted loss whichever is greater

2. Loss or damage due to wear and tear, depreciation and war are not covered by this policy. For the full list of exclusions, please refer to the policy wordings.

3. The insured premises contains no illegal structure. The building is not a village house or a house of similar nature.

4. The insured premises is located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and is less than 60 years of age. Please check the building year from the following link - https://bmis2.buildingmgt.gov.hk/bd_hadbiex/content/searchbuilding/building_search.jsf

5. The insured premises is used solely for domestic residential purposes.

6. 7. Any policy with policy inception date on or after 1 January 2018 is subject to the insurance levy. The premiums stated in the above tables are exclusive of levy collected by the Insurance Authority on relevant policy at the applicable rate. 8. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of any of the above details, the English version shall prevail.

Automatic Renewal

Subject to the Terms and Conditions and the payment of premium, the policy shall be renewed with its payment of renewal premium being made at the expiry date unless a notice of cancellation has been received.

Policy Cancellation

This Policy may be cancelled at the request of the Policyholder in writing to Allianz, which the refunded premium and levy will be adjusted in pro-rata based on the part received or retained by the company or the minimum premium. Please read policy wordings for full details.

Major Exclusions

I confirm that the insured premises are located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which are also less than 60 years of age and not a village house or a house of similar nature.
